Fair play to the old hag - she's made an entire career out of having no discernible talent whatsoever, so she is the archetype of today's celeb. I have no problem per se with her remaining in the jungle, but there are still several other people I want to see do a trial - how do we know how entertaining they would be doing them if they never get the bloody chance? Gillian is a one trick pony, and an arrogant, obnoxious one at that. It's bad enough she pretends to be phobic and faint at everything, but quite another thing to be downright rude and to blatantly lie to other contestants.

Clearly viewers are divided into two camps - some want to see ALL of the contestants, whilst others would be happy to just watch this shrivelled up bitch doing the SAME thing over and over and over again

What does strike me as hypocritical is the support she is getting from some people on here who crucified Ben for not being a team player and trying hard enough in the tasks. Not only is she NOT a team player, she makes NO attempt at all, and then blatantly lies to the other contestants. She doesn't have the courage to just admit she's a big fat faker who doesn't want to try but still wants the largest portion of any food going. For a skinny, shrivelled hunchback she knows how to eat.

I suggest that the producers of IAC give her a unique task structured to her solitary "talent". 12 plates of sh*t from different creatures, that she can stir through, smell, taste and all in all have a wonderful time analysing. That way the camp have a fighting chance of getting fed.

Ant and Dec summed it up tonight twice when they said 'it's been hilarious viewing for us' after she said it was 'the worst day of her life' and on ITV2 when they stated that 'whatever you think of her, she's a great contestant'. Which is the truth. Drama, suffering and arguments - this is what we want. Imagine how dull it'd be without her. Happy families, lots of food and more small-talk.
