I kind of want Natasha, Jim and Susan to pass. Not only for Susan, but Natasha and Jim both bring more to the table than Tom, so in my mind Tom should not be in the final 5.

Lord Sugar nurses hopes for high returns, but in the boardroom they are dashed by dismal results. Turning on the losers, he vents his fury on their performance - particularly their logistics - and the backstabbing begins. In the end there is little to choose between the final three, then the decision is made and an emotional loser hears the words "You're fired!".

Could be but Nick seems to have a soft spot for her so could fight her corner to LS. In a way if Susan was to be fired or not win it might be the best thing to have happened to her as some candidates have proved.

Could ''emotional'' loser be referring to Jim as we know he hates losing?

NO! Susan should not be fired! Not over Tom, Melody and Jim. But it'll be a woman going if it's an emotional firing unless it's Tom and Natasha and Susan cry because he's lovely.

She was the most grown up in her team yesterday though. She's learning pretty quickly to grow up.


I really hope Melody doesn't win this. She's awful, works hard yeah, but she is a bitch and would be a nightmare to work with.

This only being in the show in that presurred environment, we have no idea what all the candidates would be like back in their day jobs.

Preview for next week. For the firing i've been trying to guess which side he points at, i've paused it a few times and am doing guess at the left because Melody's team are on the right hand side and appear in the clip but the other team are obviously not seen because they are on the left.

Could be wrong though..
