A twist I would like to call The Hopefuls House

Twist is revealed on premire night
2 weeks in 5 hopeful hgs that were put into seclusion on Day 1 would move into this house.
Julie Drops a twist, all hgs but HoH are nommed and public decides who goes "home" when in actuality they're being moved to the hopefuls house.
After the "evicted" hg is moved into the hopeful house Julie tells the houseguests of both houses the twist
Privately in the DR of the hopefuls house the "Evicted" hg is told by next week he or she must choose two hopefuls to return to the house at the next eviction and cannot tell the hopefuls or will be DQ'ed from the game
Publicly All the other hgs are told that the two hopefuls will be chosen by public vote
Also as a twist
The hgs after the veto ceremony that are nominated will move to the hopeful house and the "evicted" hg will have to evict two people on the spot.
Then on the next eviction (Possibly try to get it to 1h 30m or 2hs) The two nominated hgs find out about their fate (all current hgs minus the hopefuls vote, and Hoh and nominees of course) and the evicted hg is moved to the studio BBAUS style. Then The "evicted" hg chooses the last hopeful to evict. Then all four remaining houseguests are moved back into the bb house (The hgs will be shocked because Julie would tell the verdict only to the hopefuls house). The two new hgs are given one of two options Get to participate in HoH but eligible to be nommed or opt not to and be immune for the week and all other hgs participate in the hoh competiton except the previous HOH

An Evil American Big Brother would be brilliant but a lot of controversey would surround the show wiether the hgs playing the comps are being pushed to thier limits too much, and we would probably see our first ever walker, which has never happened before in american big brother (Neil and Dick Do not count because they left due to personal matter that needed to be taken care of on the outside world)

Also I would like people who don't feel bad about lying and backstabbing because they know it's a game. People who play the game intelligently, instead of feeling the need to win competitions. Basically someone like Dr. Will or Dan.
