He's still married. Yes they broke up but we don't know how long they stayed together, lived together for the sake of their kid, and he said the child birth experience had put him off sex for a long time.

All things considered (the limited amount we know), it's not that crazy.

And some people are absolutely fine going without sex for long periods of time. That doesn't in any way mean they have mental health issues, or hate women.
