I think there is something quite strange about Jem and Faye's relationship.
Jem acts as though she knows it all about everything, including what Faye wants / knows what's best for her sister - and I've seen a fair amount of nagging from Jem no matter what the sujbect (Aaron, what she eats, how she acts, what she says etc). The same sister that she keeps banging on about 'wanting to get to know'. (She's had 19 years, what she was hoping to gain in a month, christ knows!) Jem also came into the house knowing only too well how backstabbing, sly & stirring Anton was: yet when he and Jay re-entered the house, she was happy to take what Anton said as absolute - re Aaron's not defending her (Jem) when she was the topic of hms conversations. She acted as though Aaron should have automatically 'stuck up' for what was being said about her (Jem) - yet she drips poison about him to Faye all the time and slags Aaron off in the diary room. She's deliberately been drip feeding Faye 'half stories'.... putting out half a convo and leaving it in the air - but not actually confirming that Aaron has said / done what she starts saying in the convo.... because she CAN'T. she hides this by always saying, "I can only give my opinion Faye, it's up to you to chose what to do with that information" - yet it is only her opinion - not necessarily fact - yet she expects Faye to take her opinion exactly like that - otherwise she wouldn't get so 'aggressive' in relaying such info to her when Faye questions her. she also said that she was going in to the house to 'sort out Jay'..... yet was all over him like a rash the minute she entered. I think she's got some real serious resentment inside for Faye - whether because Faye is far prettier, has a nicer figure, had more growing up than she did. the way she was crying last night and saying she's never really had friends - I think she is jealous of Faye and resents her - but struggles with the natural in built 'older sister must love and protect' thing going on. She's never cracked her face in there, she moans, bitches, stirs things up, berates Faye more often than not. She's a thoroughly unpleasant woman and I can understand why she has no real friends. |

That's a great post, Mids
and pretty much spot on imo.

totally exotic always....

Fayes a big girl....back off Jem...if shes being 'so called played' and she cant see it or wont see it then its her bad luck....if its genuine then good luck to them......if she can see it ...start playing the game back! Jem comes across like a frustrated head mistress and if she wanted to 'bond' with her sister wait till she comes out and spends some time with her the...in the meantime let the girl be!

I agree with, Pyramid. It is very strange for someone to go to BB house to get closer to their sister. But I'm quite intrigued to see how Jemma would be like without Faye. Faye was partly different without Jemma (except for the really annoying side of her which is always there).

I don't think she's jealous of Faye, I think she's actually jealous of Aaron. She went in the house hoping to spend time with her sister and found that Faye would rather spend time with someone else, and she hates it.
