I agree with banners, and being more lively. And maybe have a spinoff show like BBBOTS where there is a extended interview with the evicted hgs. or have two hour evictions

I could imagine it now mysterious music with riffs from the opening song "It's been one of the craziest weeks of Big Brother ever, and it's about to get ever crazier with a double eviction, This is big brother." *crowd applause* goes to title sequence where we can hear the crowd.

and for crying out loud play some buildup music as the hg is leaving the house along with a countdown.

I'm not fussed with minor changes like countdown/exit music, lively crowd, whatever. It seems unlikely to happen given AG's notorious lack of creativity.

My major wishlist for BB14 is this:

1. 14 houseguests - NO RETURNEES, and all TOTAL STRANGERS
2. 82-day season (like the old days)
3. 1 live double eviction (to evict jurors 4 and 5 in the same hour, on roughly day 70 or so)
4. SCRAP the final 3 twist where 3 people make it to the final day, do the F3 eviction in a live show on Day 77 or so the way it used to go down. I'm so sick of this twist already, I hate how crappy the jury questions segment has become when done live.
5. As part of #4: now that a lot of the time in the finale is freed up, LENGTHEN the damn reunion and let every houseguest talk, and at length!
6. Extend eviction interviews to at least 8 minutes or so instead of the 120-second failed abortions we get now
7. Introduce NEW competitions - there are only so many times old ones can be recycled. Some classics like the eliminator and morph-o-matic can stay, but we seriously need new/more strenuous/more competitive challenges.

Essentially, what I want is a "back-to-basics" season - not a "back-to-basics" season in the form of BB10, where they told us we were getting a "back-to-basics" season only to have it ruined by the 1-week AP twist and jury rigging. Instead of coming up with dumb new twists like "cliques" or "saboteurs" or "golden keys" or "Pandora's box" I want AG and the producers to focus on shoring up the basics of the show and getting the foundation, the really critical stuff, right.

And for God's sake if there is any more BLATANT favoritism toward HGs and meddling as there was in BB13 at final 6 with the reintroduction of the duos twist, I will swear off BB for life.

The extended interview is usually on CBS the early show, or at least it used to be. Now that Julie Chen is on "the talk" i'm not sure if this is still true.

I got a crazy idea for an evil big brother.

No HoH bedroom and it's converted into a prison with basic necessitites. For rulebreakers (IE Sing even once, failure to put on mic pack, eating non-slop restrictions while on slop) Can spend hours in the prison and no vocal contact with other hgs not in the prison for 22 hours a day (There's a room that'll allow vocal contact.) The room lights must stay on 24/7 just like the bb13 havenot bedroom. There/'s a room in the back for toliets and cold water showers and a refrigerator for slop. There's no beds so the people have to sleep on the floor and it can fit up to 4 hgs. If Big Brother thinks that the person broke the rule just so they can have some time to chat with their alliance member in the jail, then Big Brother has the right to delay the jail punishment until that friend is out.

Why would big brother discourage noms/alliance talk? that's the best part of big brother.

I think this is part of a long-standing debate over what Big Brother "should" be - a lot of people think BB should be harsh and exacting, in terms of challenges, and in terms of living conditions, to see how people will react to being put in such extreme situations.

Others (myself included) would rather BB be more of a 'summer holiday,' with comfortable living situation, a LOT of alcohol, and a lot of stimuli - under the theory that happy houseguests are more fun to watch.

The problem I have with the "evil Big Brother" idea (and yours by extension) is that it's too extreme and would end up just depressing the houseguests and making them walk on eggshells all the time in the house. I don't think that would be very fun to watch. I know I'd be a lot more likely to have a psychological episode if I felt like I was living in a prison house where an all-knowing entity had complete control over my life.

I know what I just described is pretty much exactly what 1984 was all about, and where the original "Big Brother" concept came from. But I think that concept has evolved over the years, and the show we watch now is a considerably different beast.

I really want a new house with one big bedroom. I think that there should be a live launch night and we can see the first food comp or even HoH. I think the launch night would work well with BBUS because Julie could pull one key at a time and say," Big Brother selects..." and that person grabs there key and enters the house. I also think the house should have a BBUK style front door with the sliding doors. Once the hg enters the house they put their keys in a slot in the memory wall and their pic pops up. Can anyone draw some house mock ups. Pls

This is a mock up that I did the memory wall is next to the bathroom and the house would have a lot of glass partitions(i.e. The bedroom entrance would have a glass wall, the bedroom would have a glass wall behind the first three beds on the left the bathroom would be almost all glass partitions and the living room would be surrounded by glass partitions and a couple of steps down to make the living room feel bigger). Oh and the closet would be hidden behind what they think is a huge mirror for a camera, but it's actually a door with a mirror on it( kind of like a BB6 gold room style closet)

Uh Kick u off the studio premises. Im sure the reason why the crowd is tame during usa evictions is because the american version prevents all outside contact unless a letter from home is involved and a 10 minute phone call

Audience members sign release forms, and I would presume other forms that legally bind them to cooperating with the production staff - i.e. booing and making a scene, spoiling jury members of events they aren't aware of, etc.

And I know it won't happen, but I too would LOVE to see a new house layout. Since that won't happen though, I pray they at least give us a radically different interior design this year, as the last few seasons have been really samey. Like, I didn't care that much Season 8's design, but at least it was something totally different from every other.
