I totally agree with you. I seriously dont think Suzie got upset Grace did that. She probably loved the fact that Grace did it. She has been watching the show since it started. She obviously knows how to get popular. And Grace throwing water all over her created some sense of sympathy towards her. And I am sure more people like Suzie now....

Grace picked on all the new house mates, just like children do when new children come to their school. She tried to turn the original house mates against them.

She picked on Suzie since she entered the house, often in underhanded ways. Then justifying it by saying she deserved it for putting her up for nomination.

Throwing the water was to humiliate Suzie, if you remember Science was given a strike for doing just that last year. The it was only water argument is fairly poor, it was just a way to get a last kick in at Suzie before she left.
