Oh God. I wouldn't mind if it snowed WITH the cold, but we've just had bitterness and fog.

Currently -2 here now, dropped to -9 last night.

Middle England
has had about 90 car or lorry crashes
due to Freezing Rain which is worse than snow.

A66 road - worse

I want it to snow, but only enough to cancel school tomorrow, and not to disrupt my flight to Ireland on saturday.

BBC are only forecasting light snow for my area tonight. If it was a heavy blanket and I got a snow day then that would be the best (slightly belated) birthday present ever.
