Two (on each side, so four in total). Just the one is awful and I use three when I'm ill/four when I'm in bed on my laptop.

How the **** can anyone sleep with six pillows under their head? You may as well be standing.

they're not under the head they're around the bed

I'd take a picture, but they all look really rank coz the cases fell down the side of the bed and i cba putting them back on

I can't sleep if I have no pillow cases on, the pillows feel too itchy. Also, does anyone turns theirs over through the night to get the cold side of the pillow?

2 thin pillows in 1 pillowcase is classed as 1 pillow haha, i have a hard as iron (memory foam) one and my old flat as farts but comfy ones on top
