Nine more people have been arrested by police investigating the naming of a rape victim on social media sites.

Five men and four women were arrested at various locations across north Wales. Three men arrested in Sheffield last week have been released on bail.

North Wales Police confirmed that three men and three women from the Rhyl, Prestatyn and Llanddulas areas were arrested in early morning raids on Tuesday and were being held at St Asaph police station.

They later arrested a woman in Broughton, Flintshire, and two men, in Colwyn Bay and Abergele.
Banged up and being grilled .....

Lightbulb Nine Twitter naming suspects bailed

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-n...wales-17919850

Quote:
Nine people arrested in north Wales by police investigating the alleged naming of a rape victim on social media sites have been released on bail.

The comments were allegedly made after Sheffield United and Wales striker Ched Evans was jailed for raping a 19-year-old woman near Rhyl, Denbighshire.

Rape victims are legally entitled to anonymity for life.

North Wales Police said the five men and four women were bailed pending further inquiries.

The nine suspects - from Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire - were bailed until July.
How ironic that the anonymity of the 12 is protected .....

Let's find their names and post them on Twitter. Wonder if that's an arrestable offence? This whole thing could be a vicious circle...

I can't believe 4 women in particular was trying to find her identity, how would they feel if they was raped and people was trying to find there identity and post it on Twitter?

And don't get me started on the 5 jackasses.
