Hmmm chicken..yeah i need to go to the gym more when i first joined i went like 3-4 times a week now i cant be bothered.. ive been slacking because im lazy...A gals got to rest lol

do what i do - bag work for 45mins, then skipping (500) then sprints. thats what i do on saturdays. sundays is badmington in the morning, evening 5-a-side football. during the week jogging & sprints. got to keep motivated girl...

I keep fit in other ways {no not bed action abs before you ask } I walk a lot and i always go on the treadmill and cross trainer hurts my legs though
