I can't stomach the eviction shows anymore. The crowd is disgraceful and ruin the eviction for me. They should only boo the really nasty people who deserve it, like Conor and Caroline, not the people who just annoy them. And they need to stop chanting "get X out." It's just meaningless now.

Just look at their track record for cheering house-mates... Josie Gibson, Jay, John James, Charlie (BB10)

Thanks. Well, I can tell you how it is in Big Brother Germany. Booing was never this harsh and extreme, but after more and more people in the audience did it, it had become forbidden. If they still booed, they were threatened to be chucked out of the studio. I don't know if this is the better way to deal with it. It would be the best if they simply got brighter people to be part of the crowd. But I have a feeling that BB even wants to have these nasty people.

As others have mentioned booing started way back in the early days, but the first time it became really unpleasant to watch was at the BB6 final when Makosi was evicted. Not only was the reaction harsh, but the way Davina handled her interview and the fact that there was a larger-than-normal crowd present for the final just made matters worse. I mean, they couldn't even conduct a proper interview because the crowd was chanting "LIAR! LIAR!"

In BB7 the whole "Get Grace Out!" thing felt fresh and relevant and compelling, but after that the "Get _____ out!" chants have become really contrived. Sezer also got a really horrid reception that year (rightfully so )

Charley obviously got the WORST boos in BB8, Nicky's were up there as well. I think the "Brian! Brian!" chants in the later weeks were the last time we had positive chants (that I can think of anyways).

no they havent always been this bad. Before BB10 they were no where near as chavy and entirely repulsive as they tend to come across now both in general appearance and attitude.
