He just said that if anything happens to his grandma whilst he was in the house he'd kill himself. It's a bit of an extreme thing to say but the point he's trying to make is that he's close to his grandma, I wouldn't look into it too much.

Aw that's awful.
But I'm surprised BB didn't remove him from the house for the time being, this sounds crazy but he's a danger to himself and others if he is saying he "would kill himself"
