These injunctions are to protect the uber rich like cowell and giggs from girls who target them to sleep with them and then sell their stories. If someone was genuinely in love with someone why would they want to make money off the back of the relationship? Its cheap and tacky to sell stories and it is actually a form of prostitution as the person selling the story has used their sexuality to make money.

She would have made more money from selling the stories than what she got for keeping her mouth shut. I for one would not take a gag order, those rich arseholes shouldnt be prevy to special rules. I say speak and sell it all! The bum can get away with womanizing and then shutting them up? What horrible treatment of women.
