Tbf Rylan isn't that bad to want him to die that's why, his only an XF contestant you would have to be seriously messed up in the head if you really wanted him dead.

I don't even know if he's 100% in, I would imagine he is.

It's common knowledge the producers choose at least 1 of the 3/4 who go to live shows and I think they expect Rylan to be a controversial character, he won't even be a Frankie though, even he had more support at this stage, he's going week 1 or 2 at the latest...
