I don't think she's "happy" with the way she looks, because the first thing she said when she met Jonathan was that she wanted him to teach her some things about working out. She said herself that she wasn't happy being so fat.

Her personality is a self-indulgent, gluttonous one, and that's why she is so large. She wants to have more than her fair share of everything - more attention, more food, more words in every conversation.

She may have said that, but juging from how enthusiastic she is about running about in the garden naked on national tv, i don't think she's that unhappy about her weight.
