The living area is awesome! The sofas are BB2 while the kitchen is BB7. It is basically the best of two BBs!

Simple yet effective

Really like the kitchen and sofas, I know the bedroom is supposed to be simple but its very bare. It could do with lamps on the bedside cupboard or something

Lamps have been placed there, but looked really out of place. I suppose it's better to let the HM's have space for possessions at the side of the bed.

I like it but it's very bland colour wise. I know what you mean that wood pretty much goes with anything but it looks nice with colour too.

The Garden is the one room I've always had trouble with. It's very hard to find pictures and themes for the Garden. The wood one was the simplest. It was the last room/space i finished also. But i'm glad you like it.

Don't come here too often nowadays but still find these fan made designs rather interesting (far more so than the show I used to love!) and these are the best I've seen on here for a while.

The only tweak I'd make is in response to peoples comments of the wood remove that bit of decking which doesn't have anything on or seem to serve a purpose and just have a bigger lawn instead.
