The Irish Independent described it as a sitcom that made you embarrassed to be Irish. Which is fair enough but they sold themselves short with that comment. It should make you embarrassed to just be alive.

You obviously don't appreciate the intricate subtleties involved in being a giant of a woman who makes silly faces.

What I hate most about Miranda is that it's launched her as a media personality. She's just terrible really. Which makes me feel awful ... well not really ... but y'know she's clearly a lovely woman but she's just an unfunny turd when it comes to her oUtRaGeOuS 'this is a show all demographics will enjoy!' comedy.
