It's a guy I work with, Ammi.

He's such a horrible person around other guys but alone he's so nice. It's really off putting.

I'm not really, I just hate how he's so different around other guys. When we have works nights out he's so nice but like if I meet up with him in the pub and people can hear him he's a dick.

Sounds like he does it because he wants to put a front on around his other friends, though he should really just learn be himself, putting a front on is stupid.
