Probably TV shows for me, new films lose my interest quite quickly unless it is a topic I am really interested in.
I really only sit gripped with really old films, especially Bette Davis ones.

Films, but if it's shows like PLL, TWD, or GOT (Pretty Little Liars, The Walking Dead or Game Of Thrones), then it's tougher because I probably like them more than most films.

What's the point in the abbreviation if you were going to type the full titles anyway?

Just came across this thread, thought I'd add my thoughts.

I prefer TV, usually shows with a running story-arc rather than a standalone format. I do like certain films, though.

TV shows

I like to get into the characters, their stories, highs and lows.

While I can do that with some movies, it doesn't last more than a couple of hours before it concludes.
