It could well do, there's speculation that day 1's filming was the opening scene.

Day 3 is beginning in Caerphilly, don't expect any pics, they've closed off the the road to thru traffic, though this was taken before hand:



And those set reporting have finally learned what signage their using, it's usually a reference to the exec producer (except last year, which was LSW for some reason) this time it seems to a nod to UNIT:

Yeah. She ordered his beheading in S3 because he married her and flew off during the Specials which is why The Doctor was confused in Series 3

He also took her famous virginity, making a mockery of her title 'The Good Queen Bess', would be interesting if Rose is there with Nine and this takes place after Waters Of Mars for Ten, to see how they handle that.

The bike is the anti-gravity bike seen in TBOSJ last week, Jenna's stunt double apparently rode it down the hill towards the TARDIS.

Noel Clarke seems to have been involved in the unseen day 2 filming, looks like he's back in some capacity too, he did tweet a pic of him with matt in December but that might not be related:

Also of note is that Joanna Page is believed to be playing Queen Elisabeth (The Good Queen Bess), red hair, Elizabethan clothes, tents with the tudor rose on, filming with Ten, is this actually a post Waters Of Mars, pre-End Of Time Ten? If so, what's Rose doing with him? Or is she with someone else? She hasn't been photographed yet, so perhaps Nine is in after all.

The better of the animated series, we almost got one this year with all The Doctors but the Beeb cancelled the plans to (their excuse) avoid taking focus from the main series. Here's the concept art:

No, it was for this year, they cancelled it a few months ago, plus Confidential wasn't axed because of budget slashes, Zai Bennet, controller of BBC Three, just didn't want the old Controller's (Danny Cohen, now head of BBC One) shows

Filming today/yesterday was in the studio at Roath Lock, Matt, David, Jenna and Moffat were present. Thanks to a visit from new Director General Tony Hall, blog here, we have pictures:




Wonder if DT's tardis has been erected and is now out of The Experience? Or if they'll rebuild it / find a way around showing it?

They don't film at the weekend as far as I'm aware, so we'll probably see the next lot Monday, presuming it's out in the open. We believe they're filming in London on the 9th (Tuesday), consensus seems to be the Powell estate, but we'll find out then.
