I never used to be able to get to sleep without the tv or music on.

Then I had a baby and I'm asleep pretty much as soon as my head hits the pillow.

Advice to those who have troule sleeping...aquire a child

Just go on my phone for abit then close my eyes and go sleep. It's usually at the maddest time so I fall asleep easy.
