Meh. If we can wait 5 months for a series, we can wait 5 days for some house pics. I sort of like the idea of them revealing it for the first time on launch night, something additional to the twist and the HMs to look forward to on the night itself, provided it's significantly changed and they do a house tour.

Ugh I'm sick of the teasing now, it's making me so excited and I swear after the way they're hyping this if it turns out to be sh*t and the layout has hardly changed I'm going to be so pissed off, I promised myself I'd not get my hopes up but I can't help it now with all the things some of the producers have been tweeting over the last week or so:

After the show starts does anyone ever talk about the design of the house? no.

People only care about how it looks before the show starts. We don't care how the house looks, we want interesting people.

Sometimes it can set the mood of the series though. For example, the BB8 house was so small, so by the end of the series we were sick of seeing it (especially with the whole "inconvenience" theme which made no sense whatsoever and had no impact on the show). When you think about the BB8 house, there were actually only like 3 rooms - The Bedroom, The Bathroom and the Main Room (where it seemed as though they did everything there - evictions, dining, cooking and socialising). Maybe it was because of the stupid Halfway House taking up so much space.

The housemates will be in hiding then and judging when I have received the press releases in the past, I think it'll be the week leading into the launch. So W/C 10th June.
