They're not advertising stuff, they're crediting the suppliers for the bits of the house / it's furniture they provided for nothing for said credit, all that's pictured will be in there somewhere, though probably laid out less prominently (the suitcases won't be left lying around like that) and possibly in smaller amounts.

It's just an interactive version of their supplier list, it's not advertising in the traditional sense, they're not being paid for it, just receiving the items to use in the house for free in return (though they'd get that supplier list or not, because the bulk of generated sales from the items being in the house will be from viewers recoginising them in shop, not reading about them on the site).

It'd be cool if there's a luxury bathroom hidden behind one of the beds in the bedroom and a load of books. Like the prison task in BB7, so if they move all the books they can crawl through or something but it has to remain a secret to those who find it

Presumably yeah (though I've never understood that, fair enough on eviction nights but I can't see a reason for it other nights as long as the house is properly guarded and secured off does it matter how close to the door they are?), though that stuff will be in there somewhere, they've just made it more prominent (and possibly increased the amount slightly to that end).

This is amazing, I used to love these on C4 I actually really like this house now, and the main area looks far better than it does in the pics

Not keen on the sofas though, they should opt for some sort of round/u-shaped one like BB6, 10 or 11. And I really don't like the sofa in the treehouse but I guess there's not much space up there for anything else.

Shame the Diary Room isn't upstairs as was rumoured but it's cool they can sit up there, hopefully they'll be some bitching

For anyone asking the main double doors to enter the house at the top of the stairs are on the bit that has door wallpaper, not real life doors. You'll spot it at the top of the stairs opposite the chairs if you look close enough.

I also really love the bedroom and that window looking out is amazing

The only thing left to know is what that door next to the bedroom leads to, though I'm guessing it's a toilet.
