I'm surprised at that photo of the passengers leaving the plane.. They seem to have brought luggage etc with them? If I was in an emergency situation like that I'd be first down the chute without giving my bag a second thought!

If they were all flights from South Korea to San Francisco thats about 4 flights! its not much experience is it.

There is an audio of the air traffic control radio coms on liveleak i cant make much of it but to me it sounds like everyone thought they were at 3100ft but i dont know its all very confusing.

A girl has died in hospital to become the third fatality in the crash of an Asiana Airlines jet at San Francisco airport last Saturday.

The child, who died on Friday morning, is a Chinese national and had been in critical condition, according to a statement from two doctors at San Francisco General Hospital.

The crash landing of the Boeing also killed two Chinese teenage girls and injured more than 180 other people.
