If Dexter can do it after not seeing his mother for over a year then surely the twins could manage after not seeing theirs for a few weeks

Twins really think the rules don't apply to them. The rest of the housemates should talk to their family when they came in. They failed the task anyway.

I just don't trust them Think it is a bit of a wasted opportunity really with 5 up, but I expect they weren't planning on doing a midweek save only the Monday twist that never was.
