I cant remember anyone Hazel insulted? She used to slag Dexter but to his face too and they had an odd kind of friendship/understanding.

Ok...missed this bit.

Werent the twins moaning on that dexter had got arrogant since his placing? In what way is saying the odds change all the time and it could be different soon arrogant?! If anything, hes putting himself down again. Like usual.

Charlie is practised at saying completely the wrong thing - she's been doing it for a long time (Jackie confirmed this when she was still there). I am starting to think that Charlie might be deliberately provocative and has become practised at persuading everyone that it was just an off the cuff comment and she just didn't think...

Charlie is actually a very good hm! She is 100% genuine, and only Gina would take offence to that and dexter joins in because Gina is the favourite and he thinks it will look good on him. She's not got a game plan, people really are exaggerating all her down sides.
