They are both a bit creepy.
Callum seems to be a okay guy inside himself - he's nice enough and he shows kindness to others. It's the underlying sexual nature of some of his actions (he seems to have fetishes about massaging and long hair) and his body language and mannerisms are not of the usual 'acceptable' kind that are usually socially learned from infancy, which make people feel uncomfortable and uneasy.
It shows how important the correct social signals are in society. I find Callum quite fascinating to watch.

Dexter is just your common or garden 'wide boy' - a chancer -and not half as interesting. He has shown good qualities too of course.

I don't mind callum, he is like a coiled spring but whatevs....
Dexter having the cheek to label others creepy?..... The nerve!

That's both Dan and Dexter now voicing that opinion, probably a few housemates might have and we just haven't seen it. It's callum's own fault really, for giving off those vibes with his hair sniffing and such.
