How will it be her downfall? She's not even up for eviction this week.

It maybe would have been better if she wasn't the Queen, because then she would have had a chance to put in heaps of effort into this task and show she is still willing to 'take one for the team' as it were. We should have been able to vote for who we want to see as the Queen!

Day 56: Housemates are stung by the Busy Bees task
The majority of housemates aren't having the greatest day of their Big Brother experience. The Busy Bees task has them all – aside from Charlie and Queen Bee Gina – working like drones in the garden, producing an absurd amount of honey in the hope of generating some funds for the weekly shopping budget. Reactions to all the slog are mixed. Obviously Gina's enjoying herself. She's even been inspired in terms of interior decoration. "I love the throne," she said. "I want one for my house." Sophie's relatively okay with proceedings, mainly because she's been tasked with attending to the Queen's every need – tweezing the monarch's eyebrows, applying her makeup and making sure she sits on her golden pillow all day (the best way to protect the royal sting). The twins, despite sighing a lot, remain upbeat. Joe even remarked that he'd rather be in the garden doing something than lounging all day, though his frequent envious looks over at Her Majesty tend to belie his point. Still, the pair are cracking on with the task, as is Dexter, whose only concern is that the gloop he's having to walk in might give him "trench-foot". Probably the most vocal of all is Hazel, who's complained about her treatment from the get-go. From the length of time the buzzer pads get pressed, sending electric shocks to her behind, to the porridge rations served up at lunch, Hazel's complained about it all, turning the air blue as she does so. "This better not be a two-day task" she mumbled, spooning another heavy glob of porridge into her bowl. So far, Sam hasn't been heard to complain. Indeed, the Welsh boy even led his fellow workers in a song. "Busy bees are happy bees. We love our Queen," he sang, with everyone joining in to raise spirits. That's the way, housemates. It could bee far worse. Last edited by erinp5; 07-08-2013 at 04:26 PM. |

I am really enjoying this task at the moment. Reminds me of why I fell in love with Gina. She is lapping up being Queen, making it hilarious to watch, but making them work hard which in the end will benefit the house because more honey means more money!
