So it may well have been that he came across orange on that screen being used by them.

I have seen people look very different according to the screens used to watch them.
At Uni we did several projects that involved screens,it was odd how on some, people looked very different to how they are usually as to hair colour or complexion and even hoe they sounded too.

No one on here has had in front of them the screens that Hazel and Jack were given so no one knows what any of the housemates looked like on those screens really with any certainty.

I cannot see where Jack would 'just' agree with Hazel on something not true, the Twins,neither of them, are not noted for compromise or just going along with things ever.
