Hypothetically speaking, I think once Charlie is out she may actually be able to think for herself and decide not to choose Hazel as she's been close to her for most of her time in the house.

Doubt she would have the balls to choose Gina but you never know as she won't have to play the dumb, innocent, finding myself character anymore.

The main twist will be on the final night when no matter how the voting goes,the last person in the house will be Gina! It will then be revealed that she was in fact "Michael Mk2",and has been controlled by BB from the beginning!?! (Let's face it,how could she be a real person!!). Then whoever finished "runner-up" will be crowned the winner!
Even when it is explained that she was not a real HM,Gina's fans will still insist she is the worthy winner,and will launch an online campaign to have her re-instated,similar to the campaign to free Deirdre Barlow when she was jailed in a fictitious soap,imo!!
