This is true, she didn't say that. And yes, it is incredibly likely that this was the true order of the votes. There's no way Dexter got less than they did, not with a VTE.

We get it, you're a Dexter's fan so you're trying to play devil's advocate and look at it in a pro-Dexter light, no matter how realistic or unrealistic. Out of all the times more than one person is saved, when it is in no particular order, it is usually prefaced with "in no particular order." The order Emma announced it in was realistic enough, and it wasn't prefaced with anything, so it's completely logical to assume that the order was Jack and Joe, then Sophie, then Dexter, especially because Jack and Joe and Sophie haven't done much for people to want to vote to evict them, where Dexter has.
