Not that I particularly like Charlotte, but I have to agree that there ought not to be preferential treatment of ONE housemate and if that housemate can't hack it then she should have been allowed to LEAVE not indulged with a private familial confab.

In the context of the discussion that we saw, I felt Vicky to be quite obstructive and negative from the offset. Everything aside, this was a discussion about the letters. The words of "Let me finish". "If you let me finish" etc were portrayed in a hostile way, continuing with "Who's she? The cat's mother"? etc, leading to the culmination of the discussion. I know the words don't look bad, but in the way she portrayed herself, she was aggressive in the way she said them. Charlotte then got pissed off and acted like a bit of a dick, but then we all can do when we're upset.

You don't get respect just because of your age. Sorry.

And the rule is no contact with the outside world. If you need it, g.t.f.o..

They are only in there for three bloody weeks. Nobody should have contact with their family, not Courtney and certainly not Lauren. The normal big brother rarely lets any of the housemates see any of their family and they are in there for 12 weeks or more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree Charlotte was in the right with the point she was trying to make, none of them in there deserve to get preferential treatment but Vicky was never interested in anything that Charlotte was saying she seemed to have some kind of attitude towards Charlotte and Louie during that conversation.

When Charlotte was sitting on the stairs and called Vicky a bitch I did first think ah you shouldn't have resorted to calling her names Charlotte but then Vicky the one that was claiming she was 45 years old and deserved respect stomped outside and started talking to herself, calling Charlotte 'a fat slag from Newcastle', that was OTT and unnecessary IMO.

That's twice now Vicky has claimed people deserve respect due to their age, well I'm calling bull**** on that, respect has to be earned and isn't just automatically deserved because someone is older.

I don't get why people don't listen properly to what the hm say... Everything gets twisted on this forum Vicky didn't say that anyone should get preferential treatment... She said if anyone goes in the house and finds themselves in a bad way at some stage and needed to see their family who's to say if it's right or wrong... Also she did not tell charlotte that she could not have another drink the first night... She said there were others coming in and there was only 2 bottles of whatever they were drinking... She said do what you want but there are others to think of..... Don't see anything wrong with that.

The housemates believe that she did but the point of the argument is that everyone should be treated the same. This thread is NOT pointless and if you think it is then don't bloody comment on it. I don't comment on any thread I feel is a waste of time. In my eyes Vicky was wrong. If people think Charlotte was wrong fair enough.
