Ditto. You can't 'axe' a character until their contract is up for renewal. At this point we can't know who he intends to keep and who he wants to bin. A character not being axed right now should absolutely not be taken as a declaration of faith in them and it's only really over the next half a year to year that we'll begin to hear more (and I anticipate we will).

Yes, but it's true. They all have contracts, you can't write them out until said contract expires.
Otherwise you'll be paying them until the end of the contract for doing no work. Not very good usage of the license fee. |
