A little box with windows that are numbered with the days of December. Each day you open up the numbered window and behind it is a little chocolate. Or if your family hates you you get a crappy paper one that just has a window with baby jesus behind it.

I don't bother for myself usually, although there will be one up at home.
However I found this one for dogs last week with a mini markie behind each door do I got that one for my Staffie.
