He strains his voice when he sings... which is something that bugged me about James Arthur as well. It's definitely not good to do that.

It depends. He never strains when he's singing his style of songs. Only when he's out of his comfort zone. Skinny Love is amazing.

Actually a good thing to note, after all look at Nicholas as well since his out of his Funeral song state, he can't remotely sing away from it which is the fault of the themes imo.

That is true. Luke is more versatile. He sang the Elton song beautifully. I love listening to it.
