When have you ever heard of someone smoking a few joints then going out and stabbing someone in the street? very rarely or never because people have a few puffs then just want to mellow out in the house, people in clubs and pubs have a few pints and then spill onto the street thinking they are he-man.

3) You can grow your own pot, but you can’t sell it if you’re not licensed by the state.
