Looks like they've got some RTD staff in to see they produce a full series for once, from Gallifrey Base:

Production-wise, it's like the RTD years Mk II. Brian Minchin is a former script editor, Nikki Wilson briefly produced, Peter Bennett is also back, Derek Ritchie was the script-editor on Wizards VS Aliens, and Traci Simpson is also allegedly back. Kinda backs up a theory from a reliable spoilerhound who said Ben Stephenson insisted on using some tried and tested personnel.

I think it's a clever thing to do also. It will help the transition with the viewers as well as Clara.
