They do not lack credibility because they may/may not have doctorates. They lack credibility because they keep spouting ****e and are rubbish. If cbb was really interested in psychology and the scientific nitty gritty, I'm sure there are much better qualified "experts" out there than an ex-gladiator (Jet), and an ex catwalk model and catwalk trainer (J.James) who make assessments based on their own beliefs and emotions.

I agree. Anyone can get a degree in psychology if they're prepared to read a lot of Freud, etc. It doesn't mean they're always correct and it doesn't mean they don't have their own axes to grind. A significant portion of people who choose to study psychiatry or psychology do so because of their own deep-seated personality issues.
