That's great Kate, I've know a lot of people who didn't take notice of the signs when things were going a bit too far. I really respect you for knowing you're better than that!

Never warmed to AA. The whole praying thing and they can be quite judgemental if you relapse. Especially people with long term sobriety; there's also the hierarchy thing with the key rings you get. The people were nice and everything but standing up and blabbing on for a bit whilst everyone is quiet doesn't work for me. I go to groups where they rip you apart if they feel you need it.
