i know the area quite well, i have a friend that lives on Andrews St, she's got a view of the green though

She's older than me, she's 24. She was renting a flat in Poplar because it's cheaper than living in Hackney. She's been there about 6/7 months now?

It was a sunset that day, the one I just posted was today (it's cloudy and just looks grey everywhere in Bristol).

@Kizzy Um well It's only a three bedroom flat, I'm not sure if this is how much it's worth but I know the council's giving us just under 300k (because my parents have a mortgage and they're forcing us to move)

the DLR train is five minutes away and takes you to the underground, the estate's surrounded by a major road (one of those 'A' roads) Canary Wharf is a stones throw away and it's very close to central london.

only a 3 bed.. in London? And it's a forced sale, I'd say see a solicitor or have they accepted the offer?
