Kizzy. I love the way she stands her ground, keeping to the issue in hand while doing so.

Jords. Has a dry humour in a lot of his posts, whether I agree with him or not, his posts anywhere are always a really good read.

I didn't know you had to change a nom every week. The way I see it is if you are trying to get someone through then you have to keep trying rather than give up.

However, I will make sure I change at least one nom a week,the problem is you change a name and then that week had you not, one of the people you felt should get through doesn't because that week you didn't nominate them.

You should make it so that the three you voted last time cannot be voted next time.

With respect that isn't strictly correct, if it were,I can easily list 5 names I would vote every week to get through that I haven't done so yet for any of them.

However, I have no problems with anyone really on tibb and so it could be I was voting for anyone I am friendly with on here after knowing them for so long now.

What are we to do, if we are asked to take the time to vote and nominate, are we only to vote for people who we maybe even haven't read posts from or are we as the thread suggests, to vote for those who have made, in our opinion,not anyone elses, some of the best contributions to the forum over the last week/s or longer.
It it is the former than I doubt I would see any point in voting at all on this event.

But there are plenty of people on here who are contributing well during BB, this isn't about winning, it's about reconsigning members for standing out during BB. Some people just like to vote their friends though and stick with the same 3/4 members each time. I'm sure more than 3 or 4 people impress them each week.

You didn't get an essay, no need to be rude. I gave my opinion, I think I will now give this thread and event a wide berth from now if we have to vote in a way that we wouldn't decide or want to.
It is our votes after all.

This isn't also just about BB, and the opening post does say, don't just vote for your friends who haven't contributed or posted recently.,Shaun;'s wording.
It actually doesn't even say, 'don't vote for your friends'.in a general sense.

I made this point at the start of last years BB Noms asking why it was called BB Nominations, as none of the winners of the past BB nominations were people who actually posted regularly during BB but off season members and it went down like a lead balloon, so I haven't bothered voting anyone this time round.
