erm.....not all the viewers are in America. Apart from Canada plenty of other places view it now with the internet.

But it also isn't some international competition of one country against another, it's simply one set of HMs against another. One lot who just happen to be the choice of viewers who voted, not of all of America. The American tub thumping I always find a bit annoying anyway, insularity is passe.
