why should a newbie get to decide? that means someone who been in there for 8 weeks dont get a letter, thats unfair because pav and zoe came in late knowing all about the outside

Does the person who gets chosen have the choice to remove their own letters? I can't imagine that any more than 3 housemates will have to go without, so if I was chosen to do it it'd chose myself, Pav & Zoe. Boom you're the hero and nobody can really complain.
