I feel sorry for the HMs because I think Gary has a way of controlling his feelings, he knows that self pity is a waste of energy. The others on the other hand use their energy in such a way that it brings them distress. Riccis and Stephanies were very revealing re their own nature.

With utmost respect to you the truth I think the 'bully' word is used far far too often in these forums. We have to look at the definition of it. It is mainly defined as a person belittling abusing or physically hitting a smaller or less confident person who cannot defend themselves. Stephanie is a complete and utter bitch and what she said was totally wrong but she is not a bully and it didn't in the least offend Gary he just took it on the chin and showed her up as the bitch that she is

He is just being himself and no one likes to think that another can accept their words without shouting and bawling. Gary discusses, as some of the others did, but he smiles as well and then he thanks them for their criticisms. Just watching him now in one of his films.....He shows them up by accepting and that they dont like.

Eh that's a bit harsh if someone was calling me down in public infront of millions I'd have done a lot worse than what Gary did , he handled it well where as most would have went off and gave her what for !

She is the epitome of rude IMO and even if Gary was being rude she's a grown woman who should have handled it a lot better that screaming profanities at the old deaf disabled guy , surely ?

Screaming profanities? you say it as if she was calling him names.. the only profanity she said was 'You drive me ****ing nuts' and that was understandable tbh, considering he kept interrupting her when it was her time to speak, no-one interrupted him when he was nominating, so he should have given people the same courtesy.
