The thing is Gary chose to nominate Frenchy over and above one of the people that viewers are getting so enraged about due to them "abusing" him.

I think there's a reason why Gary likes James so much too.

I think viewers aren't really getting the whole picture about Gary, not just in his behaviour, but also how he sees things and how he wants to react to things.

So true. He hasn't said one bad word about any of them. Not even in the diary room.

And yeah - good point about the other nicer HMs having no problem with Gary.

It's only been the moody ones who have issues with him and feel the need to lecture and 'educate' him. Or scream at him. Or call him a bad role model etc.

Meanwhile Gary deals with it all without anger or bad mouthing anyone.

Its a game show, Gary saw Frenchy as a threat to him winning, so he nominated her. Simple as that. I believe Gary has faith in the voting public, so the more other housemates attack him, the more secure he sees his place. He isn't stupid

jam. to trusting.. gary to wines has told gary so many times 'I like you' 'I'm a good/nice person. gary now believes this to be true. poor gary.

Exactly.

If he can provoke them into attacking him while playing the innocent - that would be some cool trick too.
