I think its a disgrace.

Robert was one of the best Tonight. How he got into the bottom two.
Simon said that he tought Robert was a threat - I think that is the only reason he choose to Rob home.

Eton Rd werent great tonight but shudnt have been in the Bottom 2. It should have been Ray and them two eejits!

Some of it was boring but the middle part that he changed to show off his vocal range was great. He sang it very well and it's a damn shame he's gone

I agree that Robert was one of the best performers last night and Eton Road were not good at all.

So it seems unfair.

The only thing in Eton Road's favour was that Robert has been in the bottom-two a few times.

True. But the comment Simon made about who would last the longest, is complete crap. No one would have predicted the McD's would have lasted this long, so how Simon knew Eton Road are gonna last longer is complete lies. They could be out next week for all he knows. Robert would have lasted longer anyway IMO.

One of the problems with the show is that having the Judges coach the singers means they will always vote out threats to there singers. So what happens is the best people go before the rubbish ones. I really hope the people in the music industry and the performers realise this.

So what am I say is:

So it's not so much a talent show as a game show and the game is being played by the Judges.

I never really watched much before, has it always been the same format?

But by voting for them they are just playing into the hands of Simon. Come the final if they are still they will still be there, boosting the chances of Simons artists to win.

The public should remember main aim of the Judges is to vote out the good artists of the other Judges where possible to allow their good acts more chance of winning. Simon would never get rid of the Beef Burger Kids.... they are too bad to lose from the show.

Because, if a rubbish act like that is left then Leona will have a better chance of winning. That is why he got rid of Robert and left in the no hoper boy band that couldn't sing last night. It's a game show.

That's right so by keeping in the rubbish boy bands she has a greater chance of winning.

Can you people not see that the X Factor, and every other talent contest like it, has always been a set up?

Good looking people are put through, or people with a cute factor. They have a ratio of 1 good singer/band to 2 bad singers/bands. 4 good singers/bands = Leona, Ben, Eton Road (well, until last night..) and Ashley. The rest of the artists put through all had something going for them but don't really have that popstar quality.

Notice how Simon has always given the MacDonald Brothers extremely scathing comments. This is not because he doesn't like them, or thinks they are terrible, it's because it increases votes for them. He's the one making money out of his own mean-ness, it's not as if he cares if 2 million teenage girls hate him for being mean about the MacDonald Brothers. He's more than happy to take lots of money off those girls. They will make the final, along with Ben and Leona. I have a sneaking suspicion that Ben will be third, Leona second and the MacDonald Brothers first, but with Ben and Leona being the successful artists. The MacDonald Brothers are terrible singers, and once those girls grow out of their crushes on them, they'll stop buying into the music.

Ray will be gone next week, with either Eton Road or the MacDonald Brothers in the bottom two with him. It depends on how many votes the MacDonald Brothers got this week. If they got lots, they won't be in the bottom two. If they got quite a few but not enough to secure a win that people will believe, they'll be put in the bottom two to make people think they need their votes to stay in. You can't phone and take a vote off somebody, so you vote for someone else in the hope that whoever you dislike won't get through. This way, people will be off guard and await the MacDonald Brothers to strike disaster zone. Actually, I think they'll have a howler of a performance next week, just so people don't vote for Ben or Leona or Eton Road (or Ray, but he's going anyways) and the young girls get their way.

It's just the way it works, I've figured it all out :P.

Edit:

Remember how Javine was always considered a really talented singer and a dead cert to get into the band and then just suddenly drops out? And remember how Cheryl Tweedy was always close to being kicked off and then just amazingly makes it into the band, first one through? It's more than obvious to me that Eton Road are going to drop out before the MacDonald Brothers will, because the MacTwunts are clearly pulling in the votes from the teenaged girl population. And as Tom has said, there is obviously going to be one Simon act (Leona), one Sharon act (Ben) and one Louis act (MacTwunts). So, a prediction:

Ray will go next week as he will pull off another swing performance (a sacrificial lamb, so that it looks like Simon is going to lose his 4th act in 4 weeks to boost Leona votes), then Robert will go (because he will be 'the weakest act left') and Ray and Robert will both be in the bottom 2 with somebody really strong, like Eton Road or Ben, because we don't want Leona, the golden girl, or MacDonald Brothers, the girl magnets, to get an overdose of votes. Then, suddenly, out of nowhere, Eton Road will perform a song that really doesn't suit them, and they'll plunge out, probably going up against Leona or the MacDonald Brothers, depending on who Simon wants to win. And then we'll get to the final, and Ben will come third, and Leona/MacDonald Brothers will win, depending on who will make the most money for Simon.

Ta-Da! I just predicted the X Factor!

I said that about a week ago? I got the order wrong slightly but you get the jist.
