Of course it was an incredibly nice thing for her to do.. but come on, it's a bit stupid for an 8 year old to mix up reality and fiction

she believes in Santa and Tooth Fairy(I'm sure 8 year olds do)? that is kind of fiction because they are not real

Yeah, but they are completely fictional characters, made up stories.. where as characters on Tv are played by actors and actresses.. i wonder if she thinks Barney is real?

My niece thinks Barney is real, she even wants the real one for Christmas.. but she's 3, so it's mildly acceptable.
