It looks like the eye light is a reflection and there's a door opposite? Or is that just me?

If the diary room is down the stairs, what has the old diary room become? Maybe the store room but I doubt it would be the upstairs

I doubt it would be used for anything, just covered up and it'll stay there until the new series... or it'll become a secret room knowing C5.

Brilliant pictures, thanks for posting!

I really love this house. One of my favourite things is the forest on some of the walls. As I said in the house pics thread, it really reminds me of the forest in the Once Upon a Time title cards.

Looking at the little details put into the bedroom and main living space has made me fall in love with this house! The bedroom reminds me of a foreign bedroom, it's fabulous! The quirky twisted bedside lamps, the wallpaper/'brickwork' walls & the glowing trees

Are they using all of the space though?

Why did the BB3/4 houses appear so much larger? Can they not go back to that size.

That was because they didn't have such a restrictive structure at the back of the house. When it was rebuilt for BB9 it became very restrictive.. plus before BB9 none of the houses had a small or large task room. Here's the layout from BB14:

Why can't they take the restrictive structure down again?

I'd happily let them do away with the pointless task rooms tbh.

They can if they submit the right planning permission to the council etc. They have to submit planning to the council every time they want to make a minor adjustment. You can look at the proposals and submitted documents on the Herts council website.

The task rooms are useful but I think we could easily do without them. They'd give a big space to work with.

They should really ditch the taskrooms and create a bigger house with more rooms.

It's just as easy to close off a part of the house to set up for a task really. They coped just fine for 11 series on C4, just as easy to do the same now.

I agree. I can't even remember when the big task room was used this year?

The small one was used for the call centre task in CBB14, the mortuary in BB15 and the barnyard task in BB15 - but can't recall the large one ever being used? They should just use the garden more effectively for tasks, I preferred it when it was that way anyway. When they go to the task rooms for tasks, it seems less natural for me (although that may be because they've clearly been with production crew to get specially designed make-up/costumes for the tasks which kind of rules out the no outside contact rule, no doubt 'How are they finding me on the outside?' comes up).

They've had the task room since Big Brother 9, so they used it on C4 too.

Don't mean to sound stupid, but what's the restrictive structure?
Is it those white buildings around the garden from BB9 present?

The house is okay, not the best. The BB15 house is my favorite house from the C5 Era. Wasn't too keen on the garden though.

The BB12 and BB13 houses were tacky, and not memorable, IMO.
BB14 was nice, but they could've been more creative with the house to correlate with the theme. For example, those doors near the staircase and the suitcases in the bedroom, that Emma mentioned during the house tour.

One thing I don't like about the bedrooms is the sofas. I wish they would just ditch the sofas and seats, and have the bedroom with just beds, like C4.

Hope they change the layout for BB16.
You can pretty much identify where the BB14 living area was from the BB15 house.

The restrictive structure is the back end of the house. The white roof on this picture.

Lucky guess.
No wonder why the gardens of BB9-Present have been smaller.

Whilst were on the subject. The exterior of the house looks like a pig sty. Mainly from the scaffolding and stairs for the stands.
Interesting though, as I'm guessing that's how the crowd get to the stands.
Amazing what a few lights can do.

Really unimpressed with the lounge. It just looks like they used the left over mirror frames from 2013 and put a random wallpaper which contrasts with the light walls.

Bedroom looks amazing but have a feeling it will not look good on screen, I hope im wrong.
