That tweet I saw about Utd and Chelsea fans being obsessed with Gerrard for more than a decade being proof that he is a great player is certaintly being proven right in this thread, keep up the good work guys

The funny thing is prime for prime Stevie isn't even in the top 8 best pl cm fielders. I still remember Roy destroying him in his last game for us with the whole game build up being about how Stevie was going to dominate him lol

Average player at an average club prime Keane would literally have made him cryi

That said shame Giggs take the same approach and piss off when he was stinking up the joint. Even now he is stinking up the place on our bench with tactical genius Louis no balls. Maybe Stevie could take Robin with him would suit his style of scoring against weak teams perfect
